Need a midday pick-me-up? Try this Zesty Cucumber Mint Mocktail for a rejuvenating boost to your day!

Delicious and refreshing, this mocktail is powered by Life Cykel’s Zesty Perfection superfood elixir, a functional blend of mushrooms Lion’s Mane and Chaga, along with native Australian Bush food flavours. Serves: 2

Ingredients:

1 chopped Lebanese cucumber (peel and save a few strips for garnish)
1/4 cup fresh mint
2 teaspoons xylitol (or sweetener of your choice)
4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 lemon slices for garnish
4ml Life Cykel Zesty Perfection extract
2 cups soda water
Ice

Method:

Blend all the ingredients, except the soda water and ice
Rim the glass with sugar or xylitol if desired
Press cucumber peels inside two glasses
Fill glasses with ice, then pour the cucumber mixture in
Top with the soda water
Garnish with lemon slices and mint
