Tropical Pineapple & Lime Mocktail

Who doesn’t love a revitalising ice-cold mocktail whilst holidaying at a sun-soaked exotic destination?! Now you can capture the vacation vibes at home, no luggage required, with this island-inspired mocktail featuring Life Cykel’s Fresh & Free superfood elixir. Find your tropical escape in your own living space!

What’s more, this recipe supports a full body refresh, especially when run down or depleted. Along with the ancient Australian bush flavours of Lemon Myrtle and Native River Mint, you can also experience mind and body rejuvenation with the immune supporting powers of Lion’s Mane and Chaga mushrooms, all whilst feeling like you’re on a tropical escape!

Lemon Myrtle & Native River Mint provide a delightful, fresh lemony-minty flavour, along with supporting the full body vitality, especially in the face of ills and chills.

Servings: 2

Ingredients:

1 cup soda water
1 cup pineapple juice
The juice of 1 lime
4mL Life Cykel Fresh and Free
1 tablespoon elderberry or mandarin cordial

Garnish:

Granulated sugar
Sliced kiwifruit
Sliced lime
Dried lime
Passionfruit pulp
Crushed ice (optional)
Edible flowers (optional)

Method:

Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
Dip your damp glass rim into the sugar
Place the passionfruit pulp and crushed ice at the bottom of your glass
Add kiwifruit slices to the side of the glass
Pour the mocktail mix in, and garnish to your liking!
