New Go-To Energy Bar
I like to keep pre-workout fueling simple and have always favored a nutrition bar before morning or afternoon workouts. I have tried A TON of different bars over the years and found very few hit the sweet spot of filling enough without sitting heavy in the stomach. UCAN’s Chocolate Almond Butter Energy Bar does this perfectly while tasting great having a pleasant consistency. At this point I have one almost every day, either before or workout or as an afternoon snack. Really great bar!

My ‘go-to’ pre-training snack!

My Go To Clean Carb & Sweet Snack

Just what I needed
