I think we’re on to something here
I’ve only tried this two times so far but I have to say I’m impressed. I follow a low carb high-fat diet approach and am just beginning to experiment with cycling a few more carbs in during days I go on longer runs or have a race. Orange Edge Product from Ucan
I have used UCann product for a while now. As a 69 year old man, that wakes up early for 7 AM workouts every week, this product has been terrific for me. My new favorite gel

Great product
I’ve been using UCAN powder form for at least 6-7 years but it is always difficult to use during a marathon (only able to take it before the start. Now with the gels I can carry them also I find the gels so much easier to consume. The taste is also great!

I’ve recently switched to UCAN energy gels and am finding them really fantastic! They give me the energy boost I need on long runs without the nasty effects of glucose or fructose on my stomach (or the yucky sticky teeth). The flavours are great too and very authentic – the strawberry and banana are my personal favourite. I haven’t used them as part of a race plan yet but am looking forward to doing so in my next half marathon.
