• Eucalyptus – traditionally for immune support, eucalyptus oil acts to support expectoration in the respiratory passages, and supports a healthy microbial balance.
• Grindelia – also called gumweed, Native American people utilised remedies made from Grindelia to address bronchial (and skin) issues. Modern herbalists readily suggest this herb to support the lungs and surrounding tissues.
• Helichrysum – this essential oil has an amazing 1,700 ORAC score, making it one of the most potent antioxidant oils known to man. It has traditionally been used to support bronchial health
• Licorice – this sweet root has many uses and is considered a tonic plant in many traditional medicinal systems. It is used to support a healthy digestion, lung and respiratory function, and a healthy adrenal response to stress.
• Peppermint – traditionally used for brain and cognitive support, digestive support and immune support, Peppermint has also been studied for its properties in relation to bacterial growth, respiratory function, and topical use in linaments.
• Plantain – long known as a “herbal drawing agent”, this plant supports healthy cytokine pathways in the body that often directly impact the epithelial tissues, such as in the respiratory, digestive and urinary systems. Because Plantain naturally contains mucilage, it supports mucous membrane health by soothing occasional irritation.

Only ECF (elemental chlorine free) bleached paper pulps are used for the production of the filter paper, which ensures excellent product quality, resource conservation attributes, and compatibility with sustainable minimum-impact manufacturing.  There are no plastics or plasticisers used in the teabags, and cotton yarn is used to secure the tab.
